C'EST LA VIE. This is Life.

I was planning a trip to Macau this November, and found out that my malaysia passport is expiring in December 2009! Phew, so gotta renew it before i book my ticket with Jetstar. Went online to do some research on the steps to renew it in SG. Juz wanna share a bit of the steps..

First of all, i need to find out where the hell is the High Commission of Malaysia in SG. So, GOOGLE showed me this:

And this is how the building looks like:

Quite presentable right? But my next question was: how do i get there? if you are driving, no problem la. If you are rich, take cab then. But for me, no car, not that rich, and on top of it, i got a whole day to spend, so i decided to take public transport..hehe..So, "Brother GOOGLE" showed me lotsa info again..To my surprise, the place is so near to my in-law's place. The nearest MRT to reach there is Redhill MRT Station. Next, proceed to take bus no.32 from the bus stop in front of Redhill MRT. Alight at the 5th bus stop , which is opposite the valley point Condo. If not, you can locate the SPC petrol station. You can alight at the next bus stop. After that, walk along the the side ways of the petrol station, and you will pass by this Sheares Ville Condo. Less than 5 mins walk you will see the building.

After you saw the building, do not enter when you see the 1st gate. You need to proceed to the Guard House, which is few steps ahead, to exchange an entry pass to enter the building. Do not use your SG and MY IC as both are needed for the renewal of the passport. Use any cards with your face/IC/name on it, such as NTUC/ Driving licence/ SAFRA card. After that, go back to the 1st gate and enter the building.

If you do have the form for renewal (form IM.42), you can proceed to Q at the 1st counter (where alot of ppl are Q-ing). You can download the form from this website www.imi.gov.my. Bear in mind that you need to print it double sided instead of 2 pages. Ultimately, you can still get it from the counter next to the 1st counter.

Before you start Q-ing at the 1st counter, do make sure that you have all the documents in hand:

1. Passport

2. M'sia IC and S'pore IC (for Singapore PR)

3. Photocopy of both ICs (Front and back of the IC should be on the same page)

4. 2 passport sized photo (with Blue background)

5. If you have your birth Cert with you, just bring la. But actually they dont really need it, though on the form itself stated the fill in your birth cert no.

6. CASH!! Coz they do not accept Nets! (I got to walk all the way back the main road, just to draw cash to pay for the fee! there is a ESSO petrol station , with a DBS ATM inside it..)

So, the staff at the 1st counter will check thru your documents, stick your photo for you on the form, and issue you a Q no..Then, you just sit back and wait for the number la. After everything, you need to proceed to the cashier to make payment in CASH. I paid SG$124 for a 32 pages passport. And the staff will issue you the same Q no, with the collection time of 2.30pm. You need to retain the Q no. when you come back to collect it in the afternoon. One thing to highlight is that the submission of application can only be done between 8am to 1130am. And collection of new passport is only after 2.30pm til 4.15pm. So, i went home and came back there at around 3,30pm to collect my passport. Same thing, approach the guard house ppl to exchange the pass, and collect your new passport!!

The procedure of renewing the passport was rather smooth. I spent about 1 hour there for everything (reached ard 10.25am, walked out from there ard 1130am). And the collection was super fast lo, 5 mins and its done! Next, i still need to transfer my PR Re-entry permit to my new passport. Will share again on the procedures! Take care!

June passed while i was busy tidying my nest..had a mini house-warming cum ward gathering with my colleagues..nothing special though for June. The only changes maybe is my job scope..Comes July, i was suddenly being assigned as "acting NC"! out of nowhere! I really dunno what makes them think that i am capable of doing that..but i guess i jz need to push myself to do it, in order to prove to others that I CAN! Especially those people who i wanted to prove to them long long time ago..AT first, they told me jz for 2 months.. but now, i am in my 3rd month of "acting", and yet i am still doing this shit thing, and they did not even say a thing about stopping my "acting" career!! Oh man...And August, celebrated post national day (For SG ppl) with chuan's log team friends on 10th at home. A mini steamboat gathering...thx ZR & karen for the help; thanx justin for staying to finish up the food for us...looking forward for the next gathering at paul& gloria's place!!

09.05.09 marked an special day in my life. i finally got my own house. its has been a very long time. from viewing, signing, quoting, renovating and shifting..and finally, im sitting in front of my laptop, at my own house, writing my blog..such a good feeling! Haha..

it wasnt easy. to have ur own house. a lot of things need to bear in mind. chuan is the easy go lucky type, whereas im the easy ganjiong type..haha. so i become the official house organisor of our nest. in which im enjoyed doing it! but money is the issue. tight bugdet limits the house decoration. thats why the house is not so presentable now..nevertheless, its still OUR HOUSE! Gone were the days when i need to avoid this and that. Go away those people that i dont feel comfortable with..i own my space now...peace..

Went out yesterday @ECP. Met carol for lunch at Mcdonald, while waiting for my shifu of roller blade and the autie haliza to arrive..poor carol gotta leave at 4pm coz her camp starting 7pm..rented the roller blade, knee, elbow n palm guard..and there i was, roller blading for the 1st time!! fun and i fell down like 4 or 5 times...with the most funny one, that one that carynn described as i was bouncing to the grass area, and i ended up landing on my butt! painful yet fun!! i think i am addicted leh!! went for cycling with carol after that, of coz on double bike la...fun! The arrival of weishan, accompanied by couple of f**k words, due to the bbq pit that miss carynn had booked..and then the bbq food had arrived! James, vivien's bf helped to start d fire, but windy like mad, coz our pit was facing the the sea..and worst still, it started raining!! I was about to clean myself up at the public toilet, and there he came, my beloved hubby appeared right in front of me! suprise! thank u so much for the effort and hard work, dear!! the bbq went smoothly, as the rain went off and came back occassionally..it didnt spoilt our mood to chat, laugh and testing haliza with the lamest IQ questions ever!! haha...food were nice, ppl were fun, a great gathering indeed..thanks for james(vivien's bf), faridahman (faridah's bf, sorry didnt get his name), fardil (halwa's bf) and wahidah for her kindness of lending me her brand new roller blade shoes (COz the tag is still on the shoes!!)...a wonderful outing, and i want more!!

开心，因为吃了一顿满足又超值的sakura buffet。

开心，因为终于买到了合适的家具。

开心，因为有你。。

日子好像又回到了以前。不喜欢回到“家”的感觉。以前是因为那个她。现在，是因为这个她。最近，她好像失业了。不论是对我和川，或是对她自己来说，简直是雪上加霜！之前帮助她时，她已经没办法还川了。现在事业了，更别提了！我和川并不介意帮她。但是她却把我们当作是银行，三不五十的跟我们要钱。 现在，她的矛头向直向我了。 只要我在而川不在的时候，她便会跟我借钱。一次，两次下来，也就算了。但在旧账未清，就想再借的情况下，我还敢再借吗？她还要我不要跟川提起借钱的事，但是我忍不住，还是告诉川了。当然被川训了一顿。。我不想继续这样下去了！借她，怕她不还（极大可能是拿不回钱了），还得担心自己够不够用;不借，可能还会被人唱衰，说是我害她没了个弟弟。。真的受够了！！我该怎么办呢？！

我的荷尔蒙又在作怪了！生气， 郁闷， 不平。一点小事就能让我捉狂。。

November is always my favourite month of the year. The reasons are:

1. My birthday is 10th nov

2. I met HIM on the 1st nov 5 years ago

3. Me & HIM walked down the aisle on 2nd nov 2007

4. And this year nov, i finally saw some lights towards my dream of years..

I am happy. Especially in this nov this year.
